Dalintis Seimui linkstant elektrinių paspirtukų nuomotojus įpareigoti klientus aprūpinti šalmais, grupė parlamentarų siūlo nustatyti, kad šis reikalavimas būtų taikomas nuo 2026 metų sausio, o ne nuo šių metų liepos, kaip dabar svarstoma. Taip norima suteikti verslui laiko prisitaikyti prie naujų reikalavimų. „Kad verslas turėtų galimybę pasiruošti ir ne nuo šio pavasario, o nuo kito sezono parūpintų šalmus. Dabar jau kovas, kol pataisa bus priimta, užtruks iki balandžio vidurio ar pabaigos“, – BNS sakė pataisos iniciatorius demokratų frakcijos „Vardan Lietuvos“ narys Domas Griškevičius. Pasak jo, elektrinių paspirtukų nuomotojai šiemet jau nespėtų vairuotojus aprūpinti šalmais. „Verslai planuoja savo lėšas ir išlaidas, reikia nupirkti ne tik šalmus, bet ir tam tikrus jų laikymo įrenginius. Jeigu įpareigojimas įsigaliotų nuo liepos, kaip dabar buvo siūloma, verslas nespėtų susitvarkyti“, – tvirtino parlamentaras. Jo teigimu, dar reikia laiko parengti reklamą, pagaminti skrajutes – informaciją paspirtukų vairuotojams, kad jie žinotų apie šalmų dėvėjimo reikalavimus. „ Bolt “ dalijimosi paslaugų vadovas Lietuvoje Benas Jurlovas BNS teigė, kad įmonė įgyvendins naują tvarką, jeigu Seimas tam pritars, bet procesas gali užtrukti ir metus. „Tą padaryti tinkamai tikrai užtruks daugiau nei kelis mėnesius. Pakankamo šalmų kiekio užtikrinimas, jų pritvirtinimo sprendimo įdiegimas, papildomos funkcijos sukūrimas programėlėje ir kiti reikalingi veiksmai gali užtrukti ir metus, be to, procesui kliudyti gali tiekimo grandinių trikdžiai“, – BNS teigė „Bolt“ atstovas. Seimas šią savaitę po svarstymo jau pritarė pakeitimams dėl privalomų šalmų nuo šių metų liepos. Tai buvo priešpaskutinė diskusija Seime , dabar liko galutinis balsavimas, per kurį ir bus apsispręsta, nuo kada važiuojant paspirtuku šalmas bus privalomas. Jeigu Seimas projektą priims, paspirtukų ir kitų elektrinių mikrojudumo priemonių nuomotojai vairuotojus privalės aprūpinti šalmais, nepriklausomai nuo amžiaus, kelių ir transporto priemonės galingumo.
