Through this expanded partnership, Strive is projected to serve thousands of Zing members with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage kidney disease (ESKD) in 2025, with double-digit growth expected this year. Strive Health and Zing Partner to Enhance Value-Based Kidney Care Strive Health, the nation’s leading provider of value-based kidney care, partners with innovative healthcare payors and providers to deliver integrated, technology-enabled care for patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and end-stage kidney disease (ESKD). Through risk-based payment models, Strive collaborates with commercial and Medicare Advantage payors, Medicare, health systems, and physicians to improve patient outcomes while reducing costs.
