Los recientes ajustes en el interés de estos productos bancarios de inversión a bajo riesgo incrementan las opciones de los ahorradores para obtener tasas atractivas pese a los recortes de tipos del Banco Central Europeo. Freepik Ya son seis los recortes de tipos de interés que ha llevado a cabo el Banco Central Europeo (BCE) desde junio de 2024, el último de ellos del pasado 6 de marzo. Sin embargo, la banca continúa en plena guerra por el ahorro y, aunque ha alejado la remuneración de sus productos de ahorro e inversión a bajo riesgo de la tasa del 4%, sorprende mejorando el interés que paga acercándolas al 3%. En concreto, tras el último recorte de tipos, han sido muchas las entidades que han optado por seguir ofreciendo depósitos atractivos e incluso lanzar nuevas ofertas , llenado así el mercado de más oportunidades para los ahorradores que quieren seguir apostando por el plazo fijo. Los últimos ajustes han venido de la mano de los bancos europeos que, a través de Raisin, ofrecen productos bancarios en el mercado español. De las ocho entidades cuyos cambios ha registrado la plataforma a lo largo de esta semana, tres de ellas han optado por mejorar la rentabilidad de sus depósitos, todo ello pese a que los tipos de referencia han caído hasta el 2,5% este mes. La guerra por el ahorro anima la remuneración de los depósitos Desde Raisin achacan esta tendencia a la competencia entre los bancos. “Aunque los tipos de interés más bajos normalmente significan menos rentabilidad en los depósitos, la competencia entre los bancos está siendo cada vez más intensa, lo que puede ayudar a mitigar algo de esa presión a la baja, especialmente en productos de ahorro a largo plazo”, explican desde la plataforma. Esta guerra no se libra solo a través de la plataforma, si no que apunta hacia una tendencia de mercado, aunque con matices, destacan desde Raisin. “Hemos visto que, dentro de Raisin, muchas entidades están reaccionando rápidamente para ajustar sus ofertas y atraer clientes, mientras que en el mercado en general hay bancos que todavía se muestran más conservadores en sus ajustes”, señalan. Esta competencia, en la que los grandes bancos españoles no participan, se ha visto aún más intensificada con la incertidumbre que siente el mercado respecto a los próximos ajustes a la baja en política monetaria, dado que en la última reunión del BCE se plantearon más dudas sobre el ritmo de estos recortes y, por tanto, su impacto en la remuneración de la banca. Los bancos que mejoran sus depósitos en pleno recorte de tipos Los últimos bancos que ha apostado por mejorar la rentabilidad de sus depósitos fijos han sido Banca Progetto, Younited y Banca Profilo. En concreto, la primera de ellas ha incrementado el interés en sus depósitos a 6, 9 y 12 meses, desde el 2,1%, el 1,9% y el 2,48%, hasta el 2,25%, e 2,2% y el 2,38%, respectivamente. Younited, por su parte, mejoró sus depósitos a cuatro y cinco años, desde el 2,1% y el 1,9% al 2,25% y el 2,2%, respectivamente. Banco Profilo, por último, pasó de paga un 2,47% TAE a 3 meses a ofrecer un 2,52%. Todo ello después de que en las últimas semanas algunas entidades se fuesen animando a incrementar levemente el interés que ofrecen y colarse así en la lista de mejores depósitos del momento. Además, estos ajustes se suman a mejoras como la ampliación del depósito a 3 meses de ING, en el que la entidad paga un 2,75% TAE, el estreno del producto de Pibank, con un 3,04% TAE a 4 meses, o de MyInvestor, con un 3% TAE a un mes, entre otros cambios que animan el mercado de productos en España.
