AeroMéxico recibe su avión 100 de Boeing Cemex cae en Bolsa tras reducción de recomendación EBITDA de Factorial crece 6% Por: La empresa de telecomunicaciones Axtel anunció el prepago parcial de un crédito bancario por 39 millones de dólares, como parte de sus esfuerzos para reducir su apalancamiento. El pago, que realizó con recursos provenientes de su operación, contribuyó a reducir en 13% su deuda total en los últimos meses, en los cuales ha prepagado alrededor de 75 millones de dólares. Tras el anuncio, las acciones de la firma con sede en Monterey subieron 1.24% en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores. Antes de este prepago Axtel anunció a mediados de diciembre el prepago de 34 millones de dólares de un crédito bancario contratado con nueve instituciones financieras. Grupo AeroMéxico, una aerolínea de aviación comercial y de carga en México, dijo que durante este mes recibió su avión número 100 de la familia Boeing 737, con lo que continúa con la ampliación de su flota de aeronaves. La aerolínea dijo que el avión 737 MAX-9 será utilizado para operar rutas de corto y mediano alcance en diferentes destinos de México, Estados Unidos, Canadá, Centroamérica y el Caribe. AeroMéxico agregó que con la incorporación de este avión suma un total de 161 a su flota. Las acciones de Cemex cayeron este miércoles más de 4% tanto en las bolsas de México como su American Depositary Receipt (ADR) que cotiza en Estados Unidos, luego de recibir una reducción en la recomendación de parte de Morgan Stanley. La Casa de Bolsa de la institución financiera estadounidense redujo de "overweight" a "equalweight" --equivalente a una reducción de recomendación de "compra" a "venta"-- y mantuvo el precio objetivo del ADR en 8 dólares, como resultado de ajustar sus estimaciones a las expectativas del gigante mexicano de los materiales de construcción. Factorial, la startup especializada en la gestión de personas para PyMEs, cerró 2024 con un crecimiento anual positivo de 6% en su flujo operativo (EBITDA) en México y la región de Latinoamérica, gracias a un cambio en su estrategia de ventas, con un esquema 100% a través de partners o aliados. Jorge Chávez Cué, country manager de Factorial en México, comentó que si bien a nivel global Factorial ha tenido un crecimiento de 3X cada año desde su fundación en 2016, es la primera ocasión en que la startup es operativamente rentable en México y la región. La empresa, que actualmente cuenta con poco más de 1,000 colaboradores y 13,000 clientes en el mundo, tiene entre sus planes para este 2025 alcanzar un NDR (Net Dollar Retention) de 105% y un crecimiento en sus ventas de 3X a través de su ecosistema de partners o aliados en el país, el cual busca expandir, y entre los que destacan SAP, Microsoft y Movistar. accionesyreacciones@eleconomista.mx
