도어록 비밀번호 이용률 87% 달해…비밀번호 누출 불안 보안 강화 니즈 높아…IoT 스마트 도어록 선호 사진=게티이미지뱅크 디지털 도어록을 이용하는 실수요자들이 비밀번호 누출에 대한 불안감이 크다는 조사 결과가 나왔다. 13일 부동산 플랫폼 직방이 디지털 도어록 이용자 500명을 대상으로 조사한 결과에 따르면 비밀번호 누출·해킹 범죄에 대한 소비자 우려가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 조사 결과 디지털 도어록에 가장 많이 쓰이는 출입 인증 방식(복수 응답)은 비밀번호(87.4%) 방식인 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 비밀번호 인증 방식에 대한 만족도는 62.9%로 스마트폰 앱(83.3%), NFC 태깅(74.7%), 지문인식(79.5%) 등에 비해 낮았다. 비밀번호 인증 방식에 만족하지 않은 응답자의 주요 불만 요인(복수 응답)으로는 '비밀번호 누출 우려'(75.3%), '비밀번호 해킹 범죄 우려'(44.4%), '방문자에게 비밀번호를 알려주기 꺼려짐'(34.0%), '비밀번호를 자주 잃어버림'(16.0%) 등이 있었다. 이번 조사에는 비밀번호 입력 방식이 대표적인 일반 디지털 도어록과 달리 전용 스마트폰 앱으로 IoT(사물인터넷) 기능을 쓸 수 있는 스마트 도어록 이용 현황에 대한 문항도 포함됐다. 디지털 도어록을 이용하는 실수요자들이 비밀번호 누출에 대한 불안감이 크다는 조사 결과가 나왔다. 사진=직방 전체 응답자 중 스마트 도어록을 이용한다고 답한 비율은 36.6%(183명)로 집계됐다. 그러나 나머지 응답자 중 절반이 넘는 63.1%가 향후 스마트 도어록으로 교체 의향이 있다고 답해 스마트 도어록 시장의 성장 가능성을 시사했다. 스마트 도어록으로 교체 시 가장 기대하는 기능(3순위 복수 응답)으로는 '실시간 도어록 상태 확인 기능'(73%)을 선택한 응답자가 가장 많았다. 이어 '원격 문 열기'(53%), '가족 귀가 알림'(49%) 순이었다. 한편 직방 스마트홈은 기존 도어록 출입 인증 방식의 보안상 허점을 보완하고 소비자에게 더욱 안전한 주거 환경을 제공하기 위하여 지난 1월 AI 기반 스마트 도어록 '헤이븐(ZD-R90)'을 출시했다. 이번 조사는 지난해 6월 직방은 전문조사기관과 함께 전국에 거주하는 30~59세 남녀 중 아파트 자가 보유자로 최근 3년 이내 디지털 도어록을 구입 및 교체한 경험이 있는 500명을 대상으로 진행했다. 이송렬 한경닷컴 기자 yisr0203@hankyung.com 2 3
