Meghan Markle has announced her new podcast about female founders. It will debut on April 8, exploring her journey as an entrepreneur and conversations with other female founders, as stated by People Magazine. The podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder, produced by Lemonada Media, follows Meghan’s Netflix series With Love, Meghan and the launch of her lifestyle brand, As Ever. Meghan Markle’s new podcast “I’m so proud of what we’re creating, and the candid conversations that I’m able to have with other female founders as we unpack the twists and turns of building a business,” Markle said in a statement. “Through my friendships and relationships, we’re able to dive into the type of insights that everyone wants to know as they’re building a business, and that I’m able to tap into as I’m building my own business with As ever,” she adds. Markle announced her partnership with Lemonada Media in February 2024, following Prince Harry and Markle’s departure from Spotify. Her previous podcast, Archetypes, won the People’s Choice Award for Pop Podcast of 2022. It also earned a Gracie Award in March 2024, highlighting women’s outstanding contributions in media. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle in tech Prince Harry is currently the chief impact officer of the wellness company BetterUp and will give a speech at this year’s UpFront Summit about using technology to drive global change, according to TechCrunch. Recently, the couple hired former Lightspeed Ventures marketing partner Meredith Maines to lead communications. In January, The Duke and Duchess of Sussex raised their concerns over Meta ending its fact-checking system, arguing that the changes directly undermine free speech. In a statement on their website, the pair accused the company of lacking integrity and believed the move was “responding to political winds; they once again abandon public safety in favor of profit, chaos, and control.” Meta’s new plans are not in line with its values and commitments to its users, which include families petitioning for change, according to the royals.
